I had the pleasure of mentoring and working with Enya Goodman when she joined our sales department in the beginning of 2023. At the time, our company was developing new sales and marketing support positions. After going through extensive training and finding just the right spot for each of our new hires, I was fortunate enough to have Enya assigned to my department. Our department handles very large producers and so the administrative support position was critical to providing personal attention to all the needs of our clients in a timely manner. Enya was very skilled at understanding the requests and needs of these clients and timeliness of the response. She quickly offered solutions to requests, made recommendations based on her extensive skill set and her organization skills were to be admired.
